By confirming a booking, guests agree to the terms, including refund conditions.
Ssukoon at Chauhan Farms reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Thane District, Maharashtra.
Refunds or credits are non-transferable, and subject to presentation of booking proof.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are confirmed only upon advance payment (partial or full, as informed).
A government-issued ID must be presented by all guests at check-in.
Guest capacity, property use, and noise levels must follow house rules shared at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in:
- ✅ 60% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- 🔁 Option for 100% credit note (rescheduling).
Cancellation 7–13 days before check-in:
- ✅ 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- 🔁 Option for 60% credit note.
Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in:
- ❌ No refund.
- 🚫 No credit note.
No-show or early departure:
- ❌ No refund applicable.
Force Majeure (natural disaster, lockdowns, etc.):
- 🔁 Rescheduling or credit possible at management’s discretion.
- ❌ No guarantee of refund.
Refund Timelines:
- 💸 Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Special Circumstances:
- 📄 On submission of valid documentation (e.g. medical emergencies), partial refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of management.
Non-Transferable:
- 🚫 Refunds or credits cannot be transferred to another person or booking.
